Empowering Youth for a Bright Future

I am Cha'Ron Kitt, President, CEO, and Programs Director of Young Queens Residential (YQR), a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting at-risk youth, specifically female adolescents who have been awarded by the state and face challenges in finding a loving family. At YQR, we provide a safe, stable, and loving home where these young ladies can feel genuinely at home, form familial bonds with other girls and house parents, and find their needed stability.

Our mission extends beyond providing a home. To ensure a smooth transition into adulthood, we aim to equip these

young ladies with essential life skills, including financial literacy, higher education opportunities, and job readiness training. By fostering a supportive and nurturing environment, we help them build a foundation for a successful and independent

future.
